Scope and Contents
The document consists of two letters, one from George B. Schwabe, M. C. to D. M. Hawkins thanking him for his views on the O.P.A. and stating his opposition to the Bureau. The second letter is from D. M. Hawkins to Honorable Victor Wickersham expressing his opposition to the O.P.A. and stating that it aims to have all business done by the Government, which he views as state socialism or Communism and un-American.
