Scope and Contents
Mr. B.L. Ellis wrote a letter to Representative George B. Schwabe expressing his opposition to the O.P.A and its operations, stating that he believes it is causing confusion and hindering reconversion. Representative Schwabe responds, agreeing with Ellis and stating that he has also been consistently opposed to the O.P.A. He thanks Ellis for his contribution to his thinking.
