The letter is from Charles B. Henderson, Chairman of the Board of the Reconstruction Finance Corporation, to Honorable George B. Schwabe regarding the continuation of the Premium Price Plan for Copper, Lead, and Zinc. Instructions have been issued to extend the plan until June 30, 1947, retroactive to June 30, 1946. Henderson expresses appreciation for Schwabe's interest in the subject.
