Mr. Schwabe received a telegram from Mr. Cline House requesting support for H.R. 5059. Schwabe is pleased to inform him that the bill passed with only one dissenting vote. Schwabe has always been a friend to postal employees and was happy to work with Mr. House on this issue. The telegram urges Schwabe to support the postal salary bill.
