Scope and Contents

Mr. Davis E. Hayes requested George B. Schwabe's support for H.R. 5059, which passed the House with only one dissenting vote. Schwabe has always been a friend to postal employees and was happy to work with Hayes on this issue. Hayes also requested Schwabe's support for a special rule to consider H.R. 5059. The company is open to suggestions from its patrons regarding its service.
