Scope and Contents
Mr. Tippett wrote to Representative Schwabe urging support for a bill to increase the compensation of postal employees. Schwabe responded, stating he has always been a friend to postal employees and supported their measure in the past. Schwabe assured Tippett that he would continue to support measures benefiting postal employees and hoped his voting record would meet with Tippett's approval.
