Scope and Contents

Miss Hazel E. Master wrote a letter to Representative George B. Schwabe urging him to support a bill to increase the compensation of postal employees. Schwabe responded, stating that he has always been a friend to postal employees and was active in supporting a similar measure the previous year. He expressed his support for the bill and hoped his vote would meet with Master's approval.
