Scope and Contents

Mr. Wayne R. Ruffin wrote a letter to Congressman George B. Schwabe in support of bill H.R. 5059, which passed with only one dissenting vote. Ruffin expressed the need for a salary increase for postal employees to cope with inflation, and thanked Schwabe for his support.
