Scope and Contents
George B. Schwabe, a member of Congress, received a postal card from Charles A. Bredin requesting support for an increase in pay for Post Office employees. Schwabe assured Bredin of his support and mentioned that he had spoken with members of the Committee about the bill. Bredin also requested that the amount of the increase be changed from $300 to a higher amount. Schwabe expressed his willingness to help and urged Bredin to reach out whenever needed.
