Scope and Contents
Miss Kathryn G. Klemme wrote to Congressman George Schwabe regarding her support for Bill # H.R. 2071, which addresses the issue of underpaid postal employees. She emphasized the importance of the postal service and urged the Congressman to consider the bill to improve the situation. Congressman Schwabe's secretary, Mrs. A. L.
