Scope and Contents

The Mayor of Tulsa, Olney F. Flynn, sent a letter to Honorable George B. Schwabe thanking him for informing them that the House had passed a resolution granting the option to deduct tangible drilling and development costs as expenses. Flynn expressed his appreciation for the news on behalf of himself and the oil men in the area.
