Scope and Contents

Mr. Emery wrote to Mr. Schwabe about the extension of patents due to the war causing operations under patents to be impossible. Mr. Schwabe expressed sympathy and willingness to work towards a solution. Mr. Emery mentioned a bill that was introduced to extend patents, and expressed concern about losing the years remaining on his patents.
