Old Age Pension Assistance: A Plea for Support, 1945-01-19
Scope and Contents
Mr. Cooper is writing to Congressman Schwabe asking for his support of House Resolution No. 605 for old age pensioners. He believes that the money currently going to investigators and political hangers-on should go directly to the aged. He suggests that eligibility for assistance should only require age and citizenship. Mr. Cooper hopes that Congressman Schwabe will support the bill.
