Opposing the Defunding of National Caucuses: A Call for Fiscal Responsibility, 1995-01-01 - 2000-12-31

Scope and Contents

The document is a response from man Dick Armey to a constituent who opposes the decision to defund National caucuses. Armey explains that while the caucuses can still exist, they will no longer be funded by taxpayers due to the government's budget deficit and debt. He argues that government spending is wasteful and inefficient, and believes that individuals should be able to keep more of their own money. Armey advocates for reducing government spending and returning income and freedom to the American people.
