Peltier, Chairman-Tribal Administrator of the Citizen Band Potawatomi Indians, and Congressman Carl Albert regarding the poor conditions and service at the Indian Health Service Clinic in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Congressman Carl Albert forwarded the letter to Congressman Tom Steed and promised to assist Steed in the matter.
