Mrs. Zelena Kyrk Neal wrote a letter to Carl Albert expressing her support for a per capita distribution of judgment claims for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Indian Tribes. She is concerned about the issue as a Cheyenne individual and wants individual compensation for the tribes. Carl Albert responded, thanking her for her input and assuring her that he will keep her thoughts in mind when legislation on the matter is considered.
