House Majority Leader Carl Albert announced that the first order of business when the House reconvenes will be to consider a Joint Resolution to provide funds to supplement the President's Disaster Relief Fund. Chairman Clarence Cannon will introduce the resolution, and the President will request $50 million in funds, primarily for relief work in Alaska.
