Congressman Carl Albert will make three Independence Day appearances in Oklahoma on Friday, including speaking at a celebration sponsored by the Seminole Indian Nation, participating in the Stars and Stripes Show in Oklahoma City, and attending a celebration in Ada. His wife will accompany him for the July 4 weekend.
