This document is a press release from Congressman Carl Albert, Senator Fred R. Harris, and Senator Henry Bellmon on March 04, 1970, announcing a Head Start grant from the OEO to the Indian Nations Community Action Foundation, Inc., Tishomingo. The project, directed by Jess Hamilton, provided pre-school training for 615 children from low income families including medical, dental, social, and psychological services, for a total of $718,579.
