Concerns Regarding Proposed Distribution of Choctaw Funds, 1976-09-28
Scope and Contents
Mrs. Louisa Sam visited the office to seek assistance regarding proposed plans for per capita payments to members of the Choctaw Tribe. She is concerned that the plans would only benefit living enrollees and their descendants, excluding descendants of deceased parents. Mrs. Sam hopes that this plan will not be adopted. Bill, from the Speaker's Rooms, is aware of previous correspondence with Mrs. Sam on this issue.
