Scope and Contents
Mr. Hearn Spradling forwarded to Congressman Carl Albert a rejected form filed with the Petroleum Defense Administration for pipe, requesting assistance in contacting Mr. J. D. Curtis to resolve the matter. Congressman Albert corresponded back with Spradling and the Production Division of the PAD, noting that Spradling had failed to furnish required information and suggested filing for the first quarter of 1952 instead.
