The Bureau of Indian Affairs has announced that the National Center for Dispute Settlement will be meeting with the Prairie Band Potawatomi Indian Tribe in Holton, Kansas to draft a new constitution. This meeting is a rescheduling of a previous meeting that was postponed due to threats of violence. The goal is to unite the tribe behind a new constitution and promote peaceful resolution of issues.
