Scope and Contents

Mr. Harry Guy sent a letter to Congressman Camp regarding a reply to his appeal to the Bureau of Indian Affairs. He did not believe that the Bureau had the authority to get involved in the internal affairs of the Caddo Indian Tribe without a formal request. The Bureau acknowledged receiving his appeal and stated that they would withhold a decision pending the results of an upcoming tribal election.
