The Restricted Creek Indian association petitions for the removal of Roley Canard as chief of the tribe and protests the payment of any back salaries to him. The American Indian Federation opposes appropriations for the Indian affairs office, Indian judges and policemen, Indian schools, and the arts and crafts commission. They also ask for the removal of Commissioner John Collier and five members of his staff due to their association with radical forces.
