Scope and Contents

David H. Daulton, the Executive Vice President of the Arkansas City Chamber of Commerce, wrote to Honorable Page Belcher, a Member of Congress, expressing concern about the lack of planning appropriation money for the Chilocco Indian School in fiscal year 1973. Belcher forwarded the inquiry to the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare for further action. The Chamber of Commerce is worried about the school's progress and the need for funding to support the educational facilities for its students.
