Scope and Contents
Mrs. G. V. Evans inquired about payment due to her from the construction of the Eufaula Reservoir Project. The Bureau of Indian Affairs indicated that there were no plans for tribal funds distribution at the moment. Mrs. Evans was asked to provide further identification for her account. Page Belcher, a Member of Congress, tried to facilitate the process by reaching out to various agencies for information on Mrs. Evans' payment.
