Miss Marie L. Wadley, the Executive Secretary of The Inter-Tribal Council, wrote a letter to Hon. Page Belcher, a Member of Congress, urging the reintroduction and passage of certain legislation that was not acted upon during the 85th Congress. Belcher responded, thanking Wadley for her input and offering assistance whenever needed.
