Mrs. Nicey Evans Coonhead wrote to Page Belcher, expressing hope that Congress would appropriate money for Loyal Creek and Equalization payments. Mrs. Coonhead further urged Belcher to act quickly and get the money for the payments, as she believes the Indian tribes have waited long enough.
