Senator Dewey F. Bartlett congratulates Ross Swimmer on winning the election to become Chief of the Cherokee Tribe. He assures Swimmer of continued support and assistance, similar to what was provided to the previous chief, Bill Keeler. Bartlett offers his services and assistance to Swimmer if needed.
