Mr. Bartlett responds to Mr. Randquist's concerns about possible restrictions on the use of Pubic Law 874 funds for Indian Education, stating that the Department of HEW is unaware of any such efforts. He provides a letter from Mr. Stormer for further information and assistance, and offers to help with any other matters if needed.
