Scope and Contents

Chief Claude A. Cox of the Creek Nation wrote to Senator Dewey Bartlett endorsing "The Tribally Controlled Community College Assistance Act." Senator Bartlett thanked Chief Cox for his support and suggested that he also inform the House Committee of his endorsement. Senator Bartlett expressed appreciation for the input of Tribal leaders on legislation affecting Indians.
