Scope and Contents

Jon Blackburn wrote a letter to Senator Dewey F. Bartlett expressing his support for the extension of Title IV funds of the Indian Education Act. Senator Bartlett responded, thanking Jon for his letter and assuring him of his support for the extension of the funds.
