David Gulutza wrote a letter to Senator Dewey F. Bartlett expressing his support for the extension of Title IV funds of the Indian Education Act. Senator Bartlett responded, thanking David for his letter and assuring him of his support for the extension of the funds. David also mentioned his enjoyment of his class at Mitchell Elementary School.
