Recognition for Excellence in Indian Education: A Letter of Appreciation, 1978-02-06
Scope and Contents
Northeastern Oklahoma State University has received the 1978 Distinguished Achievement Award for Excellence in Teacher Education for their program "Education Professionals for Indian Children". The program has successfully prepared Indian educators, with a high percentage gaining employment. The program director expresses appreciation to Senator Bartlett and members of Congress for their support.
