Scope and Contents
Dr. Randquist, the Superintendent of Carnegie Public Schools, wrote to Senator Bartlett expressing concerns about H.R. 9810, the Indian Basic Education Act, and how it may affect their school district's funding under Pubic Law 874. Senator Bartlett assured him that his concerns would be taken into consideration and thanked him for his support. Senator Bartlett also expressed gratitude for Dr. Randquist's kind words and prayers for his health.
