Concerns Regarding Deduction from Daughter's Allowance, 1978-01-17
Scope and Contents
Randall Wilson wrote a letter to Senator Dewey Bartlett regarding his daughter Donna's education and housing situation. He mentioned issues with the Ada Housing Authority and a discrepancy in Donna's Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood. He also expressed concern about the Bureau of Indian Affairs deducting two weeks of Donna's allowance for the Christmas and New Year's vacation, causing financial hardship. Wilson requested the deduction be restored and thanked Bartlett for his assistance. Dewey Bartlett responded acknowledging the letter and stated that he would look into the matter with the Bureau officials.
