Scope and Contents
Ms. Sharon Silago wrote a letter to Senator Dewey Bartlett expressing her concerns about the reauthorization of funds for Title IV, Part A of the Indian Education Act. Senator Bartlett responded, thanking her for her letter and informing her that legislation for reauthorization is not expected to be reported out of Committee before the session ends. He assured her that he would keep her views in mind when the legislation reaches the Senate for consideration.
