Scope and Contents

John C. Schwarzwalder of the Oklahoma City Public Schools Broadcasting Center wrote to Senator Dewey F. Bartlett requesting assistance in determining the status of their application for an Educational Broadcasting Grant. The application is among those recommended for filing in the Federal Register and is in competition with other applicants. Final announcements of grantees are expected in September. Schwarzwalder also requested Bartlett's aid in inquiring about the disposition of their application with the Department of HEW.
