Scope and Contents

Barbara Jean Hicks, an Indian woman with full-blooded parents, is seeking assistance in enrolling her two older children in the Concho Indian School. United States Senator Dewey F. Bartlett has worked with the BIA to arrange for the enrollment of the children. Hicks also needs help clothing her younger child. The issue was brought to Senator Bartlett's attention by Roberta Dewey, and Jack Davis of the Midwest City police department is assisting Hicks.
