Request for Authorization to Establish Housekeeping Functions at Anadarko Area Office, 1975-12-04
Scope and Contents
The Anadarko Area Office of the Bureau of Indian Affairs is requesting authorization to establish full housekeeping capabilities in order to better serve the Indian tribes and people in the area. They are asking for twenty positions and associated funding to be transferred from the Muskogee Area Office. This change is necessary due to an increase in contracting and the implementation of Pubic Law 93-638. The Anadarko Area has been working under a handicap with inadequate housekeeping services provided by the Muskogee Area Office, and establishing their own capabilities is seen as necessary to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
