Scope and Contents

The letter from the Principal Chief of the Choctaw Nation expresses gratitude for funding included in the construction of Indian Health Centers in Hugo, McAlester, and Eufaula. The Chief also raises concerns about the lack of funding for staffing the centers and requests the Speaker's help in correcting this issue before finalization of the appropriation bill. The Speaker's response acknowledges the concerns and assures that action will be taken.
