Scope and Contents

Mr. Gilbert Daney wrote to Congressman Albert that he had seen a note in the Daily Oklahoma concerning the possibilities of the Choctaw and Chickasaw Tribes selling their coal and asphalt interests. Attached was a note asking for a copy of "Regulations of Indian Affairs" approved by Congress on December 24, 1942. Congressman Albert's secretary Alma Burba replied that Congressman Albert was out of office, and that they were sending a copy of a publication.
