Scope and Contents
Mrs. Hester Naylor Wagnon wrote to Congressman Albert inquiring about the proposed sale of the segregated coal and asphalt lands of the Chickasaw and Choctaw Tribes. Congressman Albert replied that the tribes would have a chance to vote on the contract, and if it was accepted enrolled members and their heirs would receive a per capita payment.
