Scope and Contents

Mr. Lewis W. Armstrong wrote to Congressman Albert regarding the sale of segregated coal and asphalt lands of the Chickasaw and Choctaw Tribes. Congressman Albert replied that the tribes would have a chance to vote on the contract, and if it was accepted would receive a $300.00 per capita payment.
