Ambassador Jones is scheduled to meet with Donald Weaver, a consultant for the Conrad Hilton Foundation, on July 17 at 0930. The foundation is interested in helping impoverished people, specifically in water resources development in Mexico. Weaver has also scheduled meetings with other officials during his visit. The foundation is considering funding a major water project in Mexico and is preparing a conceptual paper for evaluation by the Board of Directors.
