Scope and Contents

The text is a letter from Mr. Wilhoite to Congressman James R. Jones expressing his opposition to a proposed tax increase by the White House. Wilhoite believes that a tax increase will not help to control inflation and that spending should be controlled instead. He suggests cutting the budget and is against any tax increase. Congressman Jones agrees with Wilhoite's views and thanks him for sharing his thoughts on the matter.
