Lori Hightower, a seventh grader at Skelly Jr. High in Tulsa, Oklahoma, writes to Congressman James R. Jones in Washington D.C. expressing her interest in ecology and the need for stronger advertisement to educate people about environmental issues. She also suggests implementing population control measures such as making birth control pills readily available and enforcing abortion laws and death penalties. Lori believes that immediate attention is needed to address population control in the world.
