Ginger Evans wrote to U.S. Representative James R. Jones asking for a congratulatory message for her parent's 50th wedding anniversary. Jones sent a message for Evans to present to her parents and also sent a separate message directly to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Evans congratulating them on their anniversary. Evans requested this as part of a card shower she was planning for her parents.
