Scope and Contents

Mr. Robert Eddy contacted Congressman James R. Jones regarding an article in the "Tattler" magazine about emergency powers of the President. Congressman Jones thanked Mr. Eddy for bringing this document to his attention and encouraged him to continue sharing thoughts on national policy. Mr. Eddy suggested that Congressman Jones obtain a copy of the document from the Superintendent of Documents.
