Congressman James R. Jones wrote a letter to Mr. Gerald Ellis, the Business Manager of the International Union of Operating Engineers, regarding Mr. W. M. Newbrough's union pensions. Mr. Newbrough worked for the Operating Engineers local in San Francisco before moving to Tulsa and is experiencing problems with his pensions. Congressman Jones is seeking advice and suggestions from Mr. Ellis on how to resolve the issue and assure Mr. Newbrough of his pension.
